Megan Grumbling


Megan Grumbling’s first collection, Booker’s Point, won the Vassar Miller Prize in Poetry. She is librettist of the spoken word opera Persephone in the Late Anthropocene with composer by Denis Nye. Her poetry has been awarded the Ruth Lilly Fellowhip and the Robert Frost Award. She teaches at the University of New England and Southern Maine Community College, reviews theater for theĀ Portland Phoenix, and is reviews editor for Cafe Review. She lives in Portland.
