Please join us for a workshop production of two Maine Literary Award-Winning plays, “All the Good They Gave Us” & “Migratory Birds,” written and directed by Jayne Decker. Visiting actors Tim Wheeler and Lisa Stathoplos will perform with current and alumni actors and technical crew from UMF Theatre. “All the Good They Gave Us,” a play in one act, is a gentle and moving story of the relationship between an Irish father and his adult daughter. When their former neighbors return to the cottage next door, the families are forced to confront a family secret that binds them together. “Migratory Birds” is a one act play about a single dad who can’t pay his rent on a house where the owner can’t afford to pay his mortgage and the surrounding consequences that impact them all.
