Get Ready for an Electrifying Night of Blues!
Join us for an unforgettable evening of live music at the Emery Community Arts Center at UMaine Farmington on Sunday, November 17th, from 4 PM to 8 PM! Headlining the event is none other than the internationally acclaimed Ghost Town Blues Band, fresh off their performances at the Montreal Jazz Festival and Grolsch Blues Festival in Germany. Known for their high-energy shows, second-line horn entrances, cigar box guitars, and electric push brooms, Ghost Town Blues Band is bringing their raw, Allman Brothers-style jams and even a hip-hop trombone player to light up the stage in a way you’ve never seen before!
Opening Act: Local favorites Matt and the BarnBurners will set the stage with their fiery blues sound, making this a night of back-to-back blues brilliance.
In addition to the music, the winner of the Guitar Raffle—a guitar signed by all performers of Western Maine Blues—will be announced during the event! All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the UMF Music Program.
