The Act of Seeing: An Exhibition of Photographs by UMF Students features the artwork of 24 students and recent alumni. The exhibition presents “seeing” as an active process, where the camera is a tool used to explore narrative and re-awaken viewers to the nuances of place, time and experience. These works were created in Digital Photography classes over the last six years and include experimental portraiture, photo essays, landscapes, and more.
